Who I Am

This website is operated by Vlad-Gabriel Popirda, a fractional CMO working with B2B tech companies. The site is accessible at vladpopirda.com.

What Data I Collect

Diagnostic Tool

When you complete the growth diagnostic, I collect the answers you provide about your business (revenue range, growth challenges, marketing channels, etc.). This data is used to generate your diagnostic report and, if you choose to share your report link, may be reviewed to prepare a proposal.

The diagnostic does not require an email address or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.

Booking a Call

The booking page links to an external scheduling service. Any data you provide there (name, email, etc.) is governed by that service's privacy policy.

Client Dashboards

If you are a client with a dashboard, access is protected by a PIN. Time entries, deliverables, and project data within your dashboard are visible only to you and the project team.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses the following tracking tools, which are only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) - A tag management system that loads other analytics scripts. It does not collect data itself but manages the loading of other tools.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and approximate location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected. IP addresses are anonymized.

If you decline cookies, none of these scripts are loaded and no tracking occurs. You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

How I Use Your Data

  • To generate and display your diagnostic report
  • To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
  • To prepare proposals for potential clients who share their report
  • To deliver services to existing clients via dashboards

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Data is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase (servers in the EU/US). Diagnostic reports are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Client dashboard data is retained for the duration of the engagement.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the data I hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw cookie consent at any time
  • Object to processing of your data

  • Vercel - Hosting and deployment
  • Supabase - Database and authentication
  • Google Analytics - Website analytics (with consent)
